COVID-19 - What to expect from Money4YourMotors

We are pleased to confirm that we will continue our mobile purchasing service throughout the COVID-19 national lockdown. 

Now more than ever we believe that our ability to conduct home appointments is incredibly important. We come to your home or work address, meaning there is no need for you to travel unnecessarily to sell your car.

The safety of you – our customers, and our staff is our top priority. In order to successfully provide our service we have made many changes throughout the business. So, what can you now expect during an appointment with one of our friendly vehicle purchasers?

All appointments are completely contact-free and your vehicle purchaser will ensure that they keep to the 2-metre distancing rule at all times. They will call you to advise that they have arrived at your home or workplace and are ready to begin the appointment. They will never enter your property.

Our vehicle purchasing staff have been issued with PPE which includes disposable gloves, face masks and antibacterial cleaning spray and/or wipes. This PPE is worn throughout the appointment to help protect you and our employees. It is then disposed of safely and securely.

Your designated purchaser will begin the appointment by using antibacterial spray to clean down all touchpoints on your vehicle. They will then conduct the inspection of your vehicle as normal. However, to allow us to comply with government guidelines on social distancing, all test drives must now be unaccompanied.

When you choose to sell your vehicle to us, the payment will be transferred immediately via bank transfer as it always has. The purchaser will ensure that the funds have reached your account before leaving the appointment.

Finally, all touchpoints on your vehicle are once again cleaned down by our purchaser before he leaves.
