What can I expect during my appointment?
To ensure we keep our staff and customers safe, we can confirm that we will continue to implement all COVID-19 measures following 19th July 2021.
Over the last year we have received extremely positive feedback regarding our completely contactless, COVID-secure appointments and we wish to continue with these precautions until further notice.
Our vehicle purchasers will continue to wear PPE whilst carrying out all vehicle inspections at your home or workplace. They will aim to practice 1-2 metre social distancing where possible and will not enter your property at any time during the appointment.
Our purchasers will ensure that all touch points are cleaned down, both inside and outside the vehicle, and as part of the inspection they will conduct a short unaccompanied test.
When we purchase your vehicle, as always, we will arrange an instant payment via bank transfer before our vehicle purchaser leaves.
